The Career Course at TU Wien
The talente.programm is an official course offered by TU Wien that brings you together with selected students in a structured setting. As a company, you provide direct insights into day-to-day work, areas of responsibility, corporate culture, and career paths.
Students are selected based on their field of study, interests, and career goals and are specifically prepared for the program. This allows you to meet thoughtful, high-potential students, have more meaningful conversations, and lay the groundwork for high-quality matching—even while they’re still in school.
Your benefits:
- Your company will become part of an official TU Wien course.
- You’ll meet pre-selected students.
- You’ll receive the résumés of participating students and can build a talent pool.
- Interviews are based on students’ self-assessed interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Company Days provide direct insights into day-to-day work, areas of work, and corporate culture.
- Your participation will be highlighted through an accompanying employer branding campaign.
