The talente.praktikum is a specialized internship program for companies that want to attract civil and environmental engineering students to their fields early on. The program focuses on providing real-world insights, assigning concrete tasks within the company, and building long-term relationships with potential future employees.

Here's how it works:

Participation as a partner company in the “talente.praktikum” program;
selection of the number of internship positions in your company;
pre-selection of students by the TU Career Center;
Opening: Presentation and introduction to your company as part of the course, as well as matching with suitable candidates;
internships in the summer and in February with the assigned students;
Closing: Final presentations and networking in a festive setting

Total duration: 1 academic year
