The fall issue of mein.job magazine is all about the future of work - and the skills that young talents will really need.

The focus is on future skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, self-organization and digital skills.

We are also taking a new look at leadership: in the future, leadership will not
only mean guiding people, but also consciously and responsibly integrating technological systems and AI agents.
