Software Engineer (m/f/d)

About &amp

As we are not building our own software product, but working for different customers, your day-to-day work will stay exciting and diverse for many years. The software we're building includes cloud-native and web3/blockchain applications in different domains. Currently, we are building a lot of banking and e-health software.

Our (sub-)teams are not bigger than 8 people and are self-organized. Teams usually have Software Engineers, a Scrum Master, a Business Analyst, a daily stand-up, and great freedom in the choice of technology and implementation.

Become a software engineer

At &amp you'll usually start your working day between 8 and 10 am. On many days you can work wherever you want, but at least on Wednesday, all amployees meet at our Campus at 1090 Vienna. We got you covered with the amenities of a modern office, including two rooftop terraces, a large bbq, and a fridge filled with cold drinks.

Once a month, on a Wednesday, we'll have an expanded breakfast and share knowledge about a certain topic at our amptalk. On another Wednesday, there's a team update, followed by a voluntary gathering with food and drinks. On top of that, expect offsites, company-building workshops, and a lot of touchpoints to the Austrian startup scene.
